Perfect, immaculately clean hotel with courteous personnel who know how to treat their guests and live the ' mind of service '. Nice room with free WiFi, large windows, good cosmetics. Great and decent meals.

Was a suitable place for weekend. The staff were really kind and polite all the time.

The staff at Hotel Schwalbe are accommodating and very courteous. the location is great, with bars and restaurants near the hotel. - We found a nice restaurant, Heuriger Stippert, not very far from the venue. - Thanks to the fantastic service, we had an excellent stay at the hotel.

The room was well-designed and spacious. I greatly enjoyed having central heating, a TV, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. - the location was marvelous and peaceful. - the staff was very courteous. - the area was nice and quiet, which was a good choice for me.

We appreciated this small hotel. Booked a room with good cosmetics for the shower. - the venue was very close to a very quiet neighborhood and city center by tram or underground and the subway or a bus. - Furthermore, in a quiet neighborhood.

The value for money at this charming hotel was really good and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The staff, especially Patricia, were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

The morning meal could have been improved with a better selection of breakfast items.

Situated in a recently refurbished old building, this hotel was a mind-blowing surprise! The suite with 2 rooms was super spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. The kettle and coffee machine added an extra convenience. The breakfast was jaw-droppingly delicious, even though it got a bit crowded at times. The owners were always present and incredibly nice. Parking outside was very cheap, perfect for cycling around the city. The service was top-notch, with express check-in and check-out. And let's not forget the adorable pet-friendly policy in the non-smoking rooms. All in all, a truly delightful and memorable experience.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and a big double bed. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the city center with easy access to public transportation. The best part of our stay was the really good service and hospitality from the staff, especially Patricia were very good to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was also delicious and a great way to start the day. we had a authentic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.
